Mental Health at Work
Mental health is an essential aspect of overall well-being and has a significant impact on an individual's ability to perform at work. The research at WELD Lab aims to help orgaizations unleash their workforce through a better understanding of the lived realities of employees experiencing mental health challenges. This is accomplished through person-centric research from a variety of methodologies including, experience sampling studies, qualitative interviews, and experimental research.
